About the Film

Alwan is my first animated short film—a deeply personal story that brings together themes of friendship, creativity, and the boundless power of imagination.

I completed the film in January 2024. After an incredible run at film festivals, including a few award wins, I’m thrilled to finally share it with the world.

Meet Alwan

Alwan is a cheerful but lonely child. Spending his days alone, he’s grown used to feeling left out, desperately longing for a friend. One day, when a mysterious yellow box appears, his life takes an exciting turn. Filled with emotion and surprises, this heartwarming story celebrates friendship, creativity, and the magic that unfolds when you let your imagination shine.
